She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kozey and Anne Kozey; her husband John Bernard Blix; her son-in-law Randy Hiti; and her sisters, Frances Adolphson, Leona Johnson and Janet Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Hiti and John Blix Jr. (Karen); her grandchildren, Anne Truman (Nick), Katherine Proveaux (Joe), Jennifer Kistler (Nick), John Blix and Rebecca Blix; and her great grandchildren, Patrick and Olivia. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
