It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Kovich (Duluth, Minnesota), who passed away on January 13, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Dorothy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Dorothy. Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Colich and Julia Colich; and her husband Eli "Corky" Kovich. She is survived by: her children, Niki Kovich Polani (Ralph), Milana Kovich Coppert (Michael) and Joseph "Joe" Kovich (Alicia); and her grandchildren, Jordan Coppert, Eli Kovich and Elle Kovich. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
