He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Marilyn Felth; his parents, George L. Berry and Gertrude C. Berry (Pilgrim); his sister Norma Nelson; Stanley A. and Berniece A. Felth.
He is survived by: his family, Dr. Steven Berry (Jennifer), Dr. Craig Berry, Karla Kregel (Charles) and Dr. Bryan Berry (Tammy); his grandchildren, Amelia, Anna, Samuel Berry, Caleigh Kregel, Keagan, Kaylee and Jaxon Berry (Jan Cleary); his siblings, Nancy Clute (Bill) and Dan Berry (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Nelson and Judy Monto.
