He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Koslakiewicz, Tammy Lincoln (Gary) and Sherri Donaldson; his grandchildren, Kelly Tietz (Randy), Sarah Rau (Jon), Brett Lincoln and Katie Skaw (Michael); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Makayla, Calvin, Edison, Autumn, Evelyn and Tyler; and his siblings, Barb Jakubek (Daryl) and Dave Koslakiewicz (Nancy).
