We bid farewell to Edward Alfred Aamodt of Duluth, Minnesota, born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 24, 2025 at the age of 81. Edward touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elena and Alfred; and his siblings, Eugene and Jovenia. He is survived by: his son Eric (Shawn); his wife Sheryl Aamodt (Johnson); his siblings, Carol Laugen (Paul) and Alton Aamodt; his children, Jon (Paula), Karen Johnson (Ken) and Laurel Patrick (Buzz); his grandchildren, Wade Aamodt (Kristi), Alyssa Cano (Caesar), Wyatt Aamodt (Anissa), Mary, Andrew, Aaron Johnson, McKade, Ainsley Patrick, Lily and Samuel Aamodt; and his great grandchildren, Jack Edward Aamodt and Logan Cano.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (1924 Wyoming Ave, Superior, WI 54880). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be directed to Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Superior or The Duluth Boys and Girls Club.
