He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Maki and Vivian Maki (Goodell); his sister Mary Lou; his brother-in-law Dick Garlow; his nephews, Billy and Bobby; and his in-laws, Walter and Delores Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hall; his sons, Tim (Mikki) and Brad (Bridgette); his grandchildren, Aurora Hanson (Reece Lamppa), Hailie McLearen (Eric Duymich), Jaxon Maki and Taylor Hanson; his great grandchildren, Finleigh and Liam; and his siblings, Dick Maki (Maria) and Patsy Garlow.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home (3208 W 3rd St, Duluth, MN 55806). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oneota Cemetery (6403 Highland St, Duluth, MN 55807). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
