It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Cliffrod Niemi of Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Niemi and Senia Niemi; his wife Helen Randa of East Lake; and his brothers, Edwin, Ernest, Ted and John.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary (Polly), Lyle and Stan (Kris). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Kenwood Lutheran Church or Second Harvest Food Bank in Duluth.
