She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Dahlgren and Cordelia Dahlgren (Jewett); and her sisters, Sharron Capece, Alanna Strand and Judy Jensen.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Nelsen, Jeff Nelsen and Patti Madison (Gary); her sister Marilyn Hahne; and her grandchildren, Katy, Joseph, Eric Nelsen (Sainty), Sophie, Lily Nelsen, John, Melissa Kanuit (Connor) and Thomas Madison (Amber). She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and friends.
