It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hoi Quan Tran of Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Huong Quan Tran and Ai Loan Thi Bui; and his sister Suong Tran. He is survived by: his wife Hoa Thi Mai; his siblings, Hanh Tran, Hai Tran, Ha Tran, Tam Tran, Quan Tran, Tan Tran, Tuyet Tran and Hang Tran; his children, Minh Quang Tran, Thanh Khac Tran and Ngoc Tran; and his grandchildren, Tan Tran, Binh Thanh Pham, Van Thanh Tran and Phung Quang Tran. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
