She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hariu and Lempie Hariu (Maenpaa); her husband James "Jim" Sathers; her sister Marla Nachtsheim; and her siblings-in-law, John Nachtsheim, Lauren (Butch), Gary Sathers and Chris Sathers.
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Sathers-Day (Patrick Day), Bard Sathers (Julie) and Darcy Sathers; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Sathers and Char Sathers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (5454 Miller Trunk Hwy, Hermantown, MN 55811). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Jackie's honor to the Alzheimer's Association, the Duluth Art Institute, or the REALTOR®s as Neighbors Foundation.
