She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Krocka and Frank Krocka; her husband Wayne Arthur Teachworth Jr.; and her siblings, Judith Jerde, Roger Krocka and Michael Krocka.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Holbeck (Daniel), Kimberly Shelton (Patrick) and Wayne Teachworth (Dawn); her siblings, Peggy Peterson and Jim Krocka; her grandchildren, Brianna Crossmon (Tim), Madalyn Pehoski (Tim), Heidi Lisic (Mark), Emma, Samantha Shelton, Dillon and Jack Teachworth; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Oliver and Waylon.
In lieu of flowers, friends are encouraged to honor Jane by donating to the Glioblastoma Research Foundation.
