She is survived by: her husband George W. Southworth; her daughters, Terri Southworth, Sandy Zapp (David) and Lori Southworth; her grandchildren, Matt Lalonde, Becky Trevino (Rey), Sarah Westholm (Steven), Danny Zapp and Adam Machen (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Gillian, Joey, Abby, Ashlynn, Ava, Darby, Carson and Eli; her siblings, Eileen Molitor (Jerry), Thomas Streu, Dan Streu (Teresa), Kathy Strom (Tim) and Judy Balach (Miles); her siblings-in-law, Joyce Southworth and Bob Conant; and her uncle Ron Meyer (Barb). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
