He is survived by: his mother Virginia Harkins (Norgren); his children, Rachel and Dustin (Julie); the mother of his children Diane Sewall; his grandchildren, Cailyn, Gabby and Harper; and his brothers, James and Tom (Tom Philipps). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
