She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Washnesky and Eileen Washnesky (McMillan); her sister Joyce Clement; her brother-in-law Rodney Clement; and her husbands, Wally Ostlund and Wes.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Crowe (Joe) and Nancy Cameron (Tim); her sister Mary Wergeland (Ken); her stepchildren, Cheryl Bennett (Randy) and Bill Severson; and her grandchildren, Tonya Parks (Shane), Lisa South (Jay), Jessica Garcia (Eliseo), Christina Crowe (Ian) and Jonathan Bennett. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Peace United Church of Christ (1111 N 11th Ave E, Duluth, MN 55805). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
