It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Foster of Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Toman and Ilah Toman (Venice); her husband Richard; her son-in-law Jerry Neagbour; and her brothers, John and Mickey Toman.

She is survived by: her children, Leslie Gitar (Phill) of Duluth, Brian Mattison (Joe) of Superior, Linda Jackson (Kevin) of Sacramento, CA and Laurie Neagbour of Savage; her grandchildren, Chad Price (Amy), Kelly Gitar, Katie Ryder (Mike), Jessica Johnston (Kian) and Jennifer Elsner (Sam); her great grandchildren, Ashlee, Lucas, Ava, Wyatt, Jacob, Ethan and Liliana; and her siblings, Jean Milkovich of Buhl and Roger Toman of Keewatin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred to Ecumen Lakeshore in lieu of flowers.
