He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Schilling and Gerda Schilling; his wife Bonnie Young; and his brother William. He is survived by: his children, Karen Schilling (Steve), Donna, Nancy Clemens (Tom) and Jim Schilling (Lisa); his grandchildren, Alex Schroer (Minami), Peter Schroer, Dan Clemens (Maddie), Laura Rodenberg (Aaron), Zoey Schilling and Max Schilling; and his great grandchildren, Luka Sasagawa and Kenna Clemens. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Glen Avon Presbyterian Church (2105 Woodland Ave, Duluth, MN 55803). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial gifts may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
