He was predeceased by: his parents, John Archibald McRae and Mary Catherine McDonald; his siblings, Stella (Art), Margaret, James (Carmen) and Ronnie; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret (Hume), William (Betty), Mona (Les) and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Therese; his children, William (Nancy), Robert (Julee), Katherine (Nathan) and Patrick (Jonelle); his grandchildren, Katie (John), Megan (Chad), Melinda (Jon), Ian (Ashley), Alan, Chris (Priscilla), Brie (Matt), Jessica (Derek), Eric (Christina), Patrick Jr., Caylee (Justen), Adam (Emily), Amber, Tara and Ellie; his great grandchildren, Calvin (Sam), David, Jaxen, Selena, Rochelle, Catalina, Isabella, Mikaila, Quinn, Wyatt, Lilly, Peyton, Rubie and Isaiah; his great great grandchildren, William and Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly and Joe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
