He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Art Sorensen and Lenore Sorensen; his siblings, Mary, Ruth (Dick) and Jim (Cheryl); his sons, David (Monica), James (Gina) and Jeffrey (Elaine); his grandchildren, Izzie, Kai and Ethan; and his cousin Suzanne. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Benedictine Health Center (935 Kenwood Ave, Duluth, MN 55811).
