She was predeceased by: her parents, Nickolai Alvin Peterson and Helen Peterson (Ragna Helena Fuglestad); her son Joseph Stainbrook, Jr.; her siblings, Robert Peterson, James and Delores Peterson; and her former husbands, Michael Zempel and Joseph Stainbrook.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Kruger; her children, Michael Stainbrook (Patricia), Stephanie Lucas (Gary), Tami Sylvester (Fred) and Quint Stainbrook (Robyn Rohweder); and her siblings, Dennis Peterson and Carol Miletich (Eli). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
