With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathryn Carol Nelson of Duluth, Minnesota, born in Oakes, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2025 at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Chesley and Lillian Chesley; and her husband Roger Nelson. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Miller (Justin Backes); and her siblings, Robert Chesley (Beth), Daniel Chesley (Sandy) and Debra Kivi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Dan.
