She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Wick and Elvene Wick; her siblings, Ralph Wick, Carole Evenson and Dianne Reasor; her husband Donald Salo; and her granddaughter Olivia Salo.
She is survived by: her children, David Salo (Tracie), Nancy Dozier-Salo (John), Scott Salo (Sara), Betsy Mehrman (Bob) and Maggie Whitmill (Brian); her sister Nancy Myhran; her grandchild Claire Baskerville (Patrick); her great grandchild Fiona; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Plum, Elaina Dozier, Evan Dozier (Rudi Summers), Kristina Mehrman (Rob Miller) and Kara Mehrman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
