He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Goodell and Virginia Goodell; his sisters, Carol Rodgers and Barbara Milberger Lanhart; and his son Jeffery Scott Goodell.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Richard (Tina) and Karen Cuta (Craig); his granddaughters, Megan, Lauren Cuta, Libby, Chloe and Molly Goodell; and his siblings, Beverly "Dolly" Philippi, Virginia "Ginny" Path and Wayne Goodell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Raphael Catholic Church (5779 Seville Rd, Hermantown, MN 55811). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Raphael's Catholic Church (5770 Seville Rd, Hermantown, MN 55811).
