He is survived by: his significant other Leigh Anne Shelley; his children, Samantha and Stephen; his grandchildren, Lucy and Leia; his father Rudy; and his siblings, Kurt (Ann) and Kim (Dan). He is also survived by Friends, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
