He was predeceased by: his parents, James Atkinson and Helen Atkinson. He is survived by: his sons, Michael and Nicholas; his siblings, Larry (Rita), Thomas (Rita), Dan (Linda), Jean Runquist (David), Mary Hallsten (David), John and Jim (Jeanne); the mother of his children Kellie Atkinson; and his close friends, Scott and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
