He is survived by: his wife Linda Krueger (Armstrong); his children, Ben (Yasser Ibarra) and Meg (Micaela Bagley); his granddaughter Louisa Bagley; his siblings, William Kent Krueger (Diane) and Margaret McKinney; and his siblings-in-law, Howard Armstrong (Fran), Dave Armstrong (Jane), Nancy Dunn, Jane Wilke and Kathryn Armstrong. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hamline Church United (1514 Englewood Ave, St Paul, MN 55104). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Hamline Church, 1514 Englewood Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55104, or Allina Health Foundation, 3915 Golden Valley Road, Minneapolis, MN 55422.
