Mary Lois Main Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lois Main (Duluth, Minnesota), who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Lois Main to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her children, Craig L. Main (Sandy) and Catherine Alexandra Main (David Preis); and her grandchildren, Rachael Main and Aaron Main.
After Calvin died in 1997, Mary lived independently, always with a dog at her side, in her Lakeside home for a total of forty-nine years – coincidentally the same number of years she was married – until she suffered a stroke in April 2020, at the beginning of the COVID pandemic, which brought about vascular dementia, and it was COVID that got hold of her in the end.
Donations in her name would be appreciated to The Alzheimer's Association, St. Croix Hospice, and/or Diamond Willow Lester Park.
