It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Verhel (Duluth, Minnesota), who passed away on October 4, 2019, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Garay and Michael Garay; and her husband Vern. She is survived by: her children, Gene (Lynnette), Bill (LeeAnn) and Lynda Lagergren (Clyde). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and by her brother.
