He is survived by: his parents, Larry Anderson and Cindy Anderson; his caregiver Mike; his wife Jen Galeski; his daughter Emmie; his siblings, Lisa Johnson (Derrick) and Kyle Anderson (Julie King); his siblings-in-law, Paul "Chip", Linda Galeski and Sara Haveri (Rob); his grandfather Rod Anderson; his nephew Logan Haveri; his nieces, Madison Haveri and Haley Johnson; and his friends, John, Dustin, Topher, Sully, Shykes, Vinny, Dr. Neil, Dr. Hunt, Fairview, Jamie, Kate and Rebecca of St. Croix Hospice. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
