He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Holets and Janet Holets (Almer); his son Michael; and his great grandchild Sean. He is survived by: his wife Carol Polzin; his children, Mark (Tina) of Hill City, MN, Patricia Debeltz (Tim Stalboerger) of San Marcos, TX and Julie Mitchell (Ron) of Cary, NC; his stepson Jonathan (Kaylyn) of Hermantown, MN; and his grandchildren, Dana, Serena, Amber, Matthew, Amelia, Sydney, Taraji and Tatiana.
In lieu of flowers or memorials, Jon would have preferred a donation to Second Harvest Northland or Grace Lutheran Church.
