We are sad to announce that, on March 13, 2020, at the age of 86, Norma Ness (Duluth, Minnesota), born in Mauston, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norma Ness to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Ritland and Gertrude Ritland (Nelson); her siblings, Laura Tverberg, Gaylord and Elmer; her husband Dr. John H. Ness; and her son Joel R. Ness.

She is survived by: her children, Dave Duong (Dung), Kyle Ness (Karen) and Leigh Ann Viche (Paul); her daughter-in-law Jennifer Ness; her grandchildren, Gian Chi Duong (Jen), Kaleigh Viche-Fensterman (Robert Fensterman), Abbey, Andy and Connor Ness; and her great grandchildren, Kyra Burnsed, Kai Duong and Jakob Duong. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
