It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Olive Musolf Kirkland of Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on January 6, 2026, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Musolf and Stella Musolf (Mosiniak); her husband William Kirkland; her son Kevin (Peggy); and her siblings, Pearl, Henry, Irene, Floyd, Jane, Charles, Richard and Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Kolleen Carlson (Wade), Keith (Beth), Kimberly Kirkland and Kathleen Kirkland; her grandchildren, Michael, Olivia, JoAnna and Elizabeth; and her children, William, Anne, David, Kelly Marie, Kristopher, Katherine, Nicole and Robert. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
