It is with sadness that the passing of Perry Anne Vitullo of Duluth, Minnesota is shared. Perry Anne, born on April 3, 1943, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schroer and Barbara Schroer; her former husbands, Thomas Andrew and Frank Mehle; her granddaughter Moriah Smith; her brother Mark Schroer; and her niece Rebecca Schroer.
She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, John Cory Andrew (Koneta), Timothy Andrew (Collette), Mitzi Baines (Brandon) and Hal Andrew (Lisa); her stepsons, Brian Vitullo (Jennifer) and Todd Vitullo (Sharon); and her sisters-in-law, Linda Schroer and Terry Smith (Sarah Phoenix). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dougherty Funeral Home (600 E 2nd St, Duluth, MN 55805). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
