He is survived by: his sister Cindy Noble (Jeff); his nephews, Ben and Will; his brother Benjamin Knutson (Sarah); his nieces and nephews, Maija, Noble and Rowan; his stepsisters, Alison Curran Hull and Shelia Curran Hill; his adoptive parents, Ken Knutson and Mona Knutson; his siblings, Casey Carbert (Cord), Nellie Suess (Tim) and Andrew Knutson (Andrea); and his nephew Dougherty.
