He is survived by: his children, James (Kristy) of Duluth, Tom of Duluth, Bob (Michele) of Mountain City, TN and Sue Green (Mark) of Oswego, IL; his sister Marilyn Thebarge of Duluth; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Kiera, Patrick, Molly, Ryan, Emily, Adam, Eddie, John and Joseph. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
