He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sandeen and Betty Sandeen (Sallstrom); his nephew Matthew Sandeen; and his brother-in-law David Lundquist. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Cole of Duluth and Rosalyn (Brian "Bruno" Halloran) of Duluth; his siblings, Karen Royer and Garry Sandeen of Chaplin, MN; his grandchildren, Emily Cole, Erika Cole, David Sandeen and Henry Halloran; his siblings' children, Kristi Sandeen and Mark Royer; his close friends, Kathryn Wicklund, Terry Salgy, Mark Skaggs and Sandy Dunaisky; Travis Nylund.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams Lobermeier Boettcher Funeral Home & Cremation Services (3208 W 3rd St, Duluth, MN 55806). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
