He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Fred Bohren; his brothers, Fred, Calvin and Roger; his wife Phyllis Bohren; his children, Alan Bohren (Carla) and Cheryl LaCourse (Russ); his grandchildren, Cheryl Bohren, Allison Bunch (Corey), Rebecca Schmidt (Nathan), Emily LaCourse (Joah Schwecke) and Peter LaCourse; his great grandchildren, Avery Bunch, Marisa Schmidt, Vincent Schmidt and Conrad Schmidt; and his brother Gerald Bohren (Joanne). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Matthews Lutheran Church, Esko.
