He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gaidis and Tekla Gaidis; his wife Lorraine Kessler; and his siblings, Josephine, Regina Gaidis, Gertrude Van Nurden and Sal Gaidis.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Mary) of Duluth and Kent Gaidis (Tasha) of Proctor; his grandchildren, Shannon Schwartz (Travis), Stephanie West (Christopher), Luke Gaidis and Lacy Gaidis; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Wyatt West and Mallorie Schwartz.
