He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Rouse and Lilace Rouse (Robbins). He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Barbo; and his siblings, Merlin Rouse (Karen), Delores Martin (Robert), Douglas, Carol Richardson, Shirley Thalmann (Ernest) and Kathy Peterson (Dale). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lakeside Presbyterian Church (4430 McCulloch St, Duluth, MN 55804). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at the Forest Hill Cemetery (2516 Woodland Ave, Duluth, MN 55803).
