He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith; his children, Tina Sullivan (Mike), Terry Smith Jr. (Suzi), Angela Smith, Eric Smith, Nicholas Smith (Caitlin), Nathan Smith (Classie) and Natalie Smith; and his siblings, Sue Nilsson (Bob), Betsy Peacock (Tom), Tamara Smith, Rick Smith (Dede), Sandy Lindberg (Herb), Candy Sunski, Sylvan Larson (Dawn), Char Suave (Steve), David Smith, Jeanne Smith and Thomas Fruth (Laurie). He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
