He was predeceased by: his parents, William John, Jr. and Virginia McCabe; his siblings, William John McCabe III and Barbara Haight; and his pet Mindy.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Johnson; his children, Thomas, Jr. (Christine) of Duluth, Robert (Cynthia) of Esko, Sandra Reiersen (Herb) of Maple Grove, MN and James (Maddie Spears) of Fort Myers, FL; and his grandchildren, Michael, Brian, Andrew, Melanie, Amy, Brandon, Johanna of April, TJ, James, Melia and Jacob. He is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
