Thomas leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Thomas’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smrekar and Gladys Smrekar; his brother Ernest Smrekar; and his son-in-law Fred Clements. He is survived by: his wife Patty Smrekar; and his stepchildren, Ernest Smrekar, Todd Smrekar (Sue), Faye Proulx (Fred) and Jon Johansen (Jill). He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
