He was predeceased by: his mother Deanna Gellatly (Opal); and his siblings, Lori Gellatly and Daniel Gellatly. He is survived by: his father Harley Gellatly; his son Adam Gellatly; his sister Tami Hendericks (John Stieben); his half-sister Bobbi Gellatly; and his former wife Ashli Hales.
