He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Riley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Riley of Duluth; his mother Clara Riley of St. Cloud; his siblings, Bonnie Stoeve of Mission Viejo, CA, Rick (Kathy) of New Hope, Cheryl Schaefer of St. Cloud and Callee Riley-Francis (Alan) of Great Falls, MT; his children, David Riley (Lacey) of McKinney, TX, Seth Riley (Tiffany) of Duluth and Elesha Riley of Duluth; his grandchildren, Jasmine of Duluth, Alexis of Duluth, Carter of Duluth and Avery of Duluth; and his godchild Kelley Riley of Crystal. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to The United Protestant Church of Duluth in Morgan Park.
