He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvid Nordling and Vendela Nordling (Carlson); and his sisters, Ethel and Helen. He is survived by: his wife May Swanson; his children, Sharon and Paul; his grandsons, Collin, Nathan and Colton Carmichael; and his sisters-in-law, June Lindquist and Helen Nelson. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and many friends.
