He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Forshee and Ellen Forshee (Swenson); his wife Dawn; and his brother Jim Forshee. He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Hoffman of Helena, MT and Jessica Forshee of White Plains, NY; and his siblings, Steve Forshee (Patricia) of Waseca, MN, Mary McMahon (Mike) of Goodyear, AZ and Barb Morris (Michael) of Ames, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
