He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dahlberg and Esther Dahlberg (Linkert); his sisters, Carlene Nelson and Rhonda Jenneiahn (Tim); and his grandson D. J. Dahlberg.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Dahlberg; his sons, Gordie (Judy), Daryl (Becky) and Wayne (Jess); his granddaughters, Sammy and Ally; and his siblings, Gail Dahlberg and Carl "Butch" Dahlberg (Sheri). He is also survived by numerous extended family and countless friends.
