He is survived by: his wife Denice Ingalls; his stepson Nick Zink (Jenel); his grandchildren, Nicholas Jr. Zink (Amber) and Alyssa Zink; his sisters, Cheryl Skruppy, Denise Heckman (David) and Diane Beuning (Kevin); and his sister-in-law Carol Barnes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members and dear friends.
