We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2023, at the age of 85, Joseph Franklin Garrett Jr. (Eagan, Minnesota) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph Franklin Garrett Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph F. Garrett and Alice Garrett; and his brother David Garrett. He is survived by : his wife Ina; his children, Kathy Bassett (Tony), Joseph F. Garrett III (Ann), Linda Callanan (Mike) and Nancy Garrett (Kevin Leuthold); his sister Carol Hurd (Don); and his sister-in-law Eileen Garrett. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to Beyond Hospice: The Pillars, or YMCA of the North.
