He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Urbanski and Agnes Urbanski; his brother Richard; and his granddaughter Jessica Urbanski. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Racine); his children, Joe (Melissa), Jill Johnson (Terry), Andrea LaCroix (Dave) and Nicole Jansma (Andy); his grandchildren, Jake (Sammy), Terry (Hannah), Sam, Joseph (Molly), Aidan, Will, Sophia, Mina and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Max, Josie, Mya, Wells and Townes.
