She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lavern Hammer, Albert and Lorraine Oman. She is survived by: her parents, Peter Hammer (Kellie) and Kay Hammer (Oman); her son Charlie; her brother Nick Hammer; her grandmother Barbara Hammer of Aurora; her stepgrandparents, Wayne and Marilynn Nelson; and her aunts and uncles, Becky Mattson, Paul Hammer (Susan), Toby Hammer (Jenny), Gloria Hammer, Liz Wedan (Rick), Dave Oman and Lael Oman (Mark Vane). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Boldt Funeral Home (300 Prairie Ave SW, Faribault, MN 55021).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a scholarship fund for Madeline's son Charlie.
